We accept bookings up to 30 days ahead. The LCR public app typically only opens ~7 days before departure.
What do I need to bring to the station?+
Your QR e-ticket and the passport used when booking. The railway checks name and passport number at the gate.
What if there are no seats available?+
With Priority Booking, our operator works inside the LCR booking system to secure seats even when the public app shows sold out. If we genuinely cannot secure your seat, we refund you in full.
Can I book multiple seats for a group?+
